Refund Policy

1. Digital Products
Due to the digital and instant-access nature of our products (Telegram Bots, Chrome Extensions, and Video Courses), all sales are generally final. Once digital access is granted to your account, the product cannot be "returned."
2. Exceptional Circumstances
We want you to be satisfied with ChessY Me. We may, at our sole discretion, issue a refund within 48 hours of purchase if you meet the following conditions:
- The product (Extension or Bot) is fundamentally non-functional on your device.
- You have contacted our Support team and we are unable to resolve the technical issue.
- You have not consumed or downloaded a significant portion of our video courses.
3. Non-Refundable Scenarios
We do NOT offer refunds for:
- Change of mind after purchasing.
- Lack of usage of the purchased services.
- Accounts that have been banned due to violating our Terms of Service.

To request a refund under the exceptional circumstances listed above, please navigate to our Support Page. Create a ticket detailing your issue, your registered email, and your transaction UTR.
